Caring Care

One voice across every channel.

Role
Growth, social and web
Sector
Home care provider

Brief

Caring Care provides home care across the West Midlands and Staffordshire. They wanted a website, a social presence and a search strategy that felt like one organisation speaking.

Approach

We rebuilt the website, took on their social channels and planned search alongside both. One team writes, designs, builds and reports, so the message stays the same everywhere.

Outcome

A new website and an ongoing growth and social partnership, run by one team.

DrHair

Growth, handled as one job.

Role
Growth partner
Sector
Online hair loss clinic

Brief

DrHair treats hair loss online, with a clinical assessment and treatment delivered to the door. They wanted one partner responsible for growth, not a roster of separate suppliers.

Approach

We work the way an in-house team would. Search, paid and content are planned together, so each channel supports the next and nothing is run in isolation.

Outcome

An ongoing partnership. The team that plans the marketing also builds the tools behind it, including the e-prescription platform shown in this portfolio.

Berkeley Hair Clinic

A clinic people can find.

Role
Growth partner
Sector
Hair restoration clinic

Brief

Berkeley Hair Clinic is a surgeon-led hair restoration clinic on Harley Street. They needed a website as considered as the clinic itself, and one that people searching for treatment could actually find.

Approach

We rebuilt the site around how patients research a procedure, and designed and built an app alongside it. Since then we have stayed on as the clinic’s growth partner, with the same team planning each channel together.

Outcome

A new website, an app and an ongoing growth partnership, delivered by one team with one point of contact.

DrHair e-prescriptions

A signature you can prove.

Role
Product design and build
Sector
Online pharmacy, regulated e-commerce

Brief

Every DrHair prescription has to be signed by a prescriber before it can be dispensed. Prescribers were already signing electronically, but a basic e-signature is not enough to make an electronic prescription legally valid. Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 (Regulations 217 and 219), it has to carry an Advanced Electronic Signature.

Approach

We added an Advanced Electronic Signature layer to their existing e-sign workflow, issued through Digidentity, a qualified trust service provider. Each prescription is hashed with SHA-256, the standard the NHS now requires for prescription signatures, and carries an Advanced Electronic Signature bound to the exact document with a SHA-256 hash and an independent RFC 3161 timestamp, so changing a single character afterwards stops it validating. A separate audit trail records which user started each signing, and the system resumes cleanly if anything fails part-way.

Outcome

33,552 prescriptions processed and 31,069 signed, with none re-keyed by hand. The pharmacy receives every prescription signed, timestamped and already verified, in the same format each time.

Street Slice

City beats, Neapolitan eats.

Role
Brand identity
Sector
Neapolitan pizza

Brief

Street Slice makes Neapolitan pizza with a city attitude. They needed an identity with enough character to work on a sign, a shirt and a pizza box.

Approach

We built the brand around a mascot and a line: “City beats, Neapolitan eats”. Colour, type and pattern were set down in a full set of brand guidelines.

Outcome

A complete brand identity and guidelines, carried through to the neon sign, the uniforms and the packaging.

Brief

Riva Corporation manages and maintains buildings for schools, care homes, councils, landlords and businesses. They needed a website that showed the standard of their work plainly.

Outcome

A one-page website built around Riva’s own project photography.

Ellie Evelyn

Editorial, on location.

Role
Photo, video and growth
Sector
Personal brand

Brief

A personal brand depends on imagery that looks like the person on their best day, every time. Ellie wanted editorial photography and video she could build her channels around.

Approach

We shoot on location and direct each shoot as an editorial. Selects are made together through a private gallery, where she marks favourites and leaves notes on each frame.

Outcome

A set of finished editorial images and an ongoing photo, video and growth partnership.
